All In One Tools is the Canadian distributor for ********* located in the USA. I bought ********* tools from All In One Tools a few years ago, and they delivered promptly. In 2020, my ********* Tools were damaged in a garage fire, and All In One Tools has been very helpful with supplying pricing for the insurance company. I paid All In One Tools for a machine and was reimbursed by the Insurance company. I believe I paid in July. There were alleged delivery delays from ********* USA, so All In One Tools offered to sell me their Floor model, which I agreed to, as it was an upgrade and they asked me for $200 more. Something has changed. I have contacted them quite regularly for the past 2 1/2 months. They keep saying(via email) that I will get my tools. They stopped answering their telephone, so I leave voicemails and email. I have had no answer from them this week at all. I just need my tools. I also need to purchase more accessories, but I refuse to order anything else until I get delivery of the original order.Business response

The shipping issue was out of my hands. I scheduled a shipment on November 24th the carrier kept sending a truck with no tailgate, finally on the 3rd attempt
they sent a truck and the shipment is in transit to be delivered .
I am so sorry for the delay in this shipment.
