      This company took my almost $2,000.00 of my hard earned money and promised me that they would expedite my pass. I have been waiting since we started the process in May of 2023. I am reporting this poor services because I could have used my nexus card on numerous occasions but yet I still find myself waiting in line. * ***** **** **** ** ****** * ***** **** *** ** **** **** **** *** ***

      Great service, from start to finish everyone was kind with me. Actually I received my card last week and I’m traveling this weekend with it for the first time either at the airport or at the custom. The service was great thank you all.

      In July 2023 I contacted Nexus Pass Online after seeing their ad on ********. The ad looked very official, and I thought it was a legitimate Government of Canada site. I have noticed that the ad has now been changed. Throughout the entire conversation with the Nexus Pass Online agent I honestly believed I was dealing with the government agency responsible for Nexus applications. I signed the document, believing I was authorizing the government to start the process to get a Nexus card. That same day they processed $697 US dollars on my Credit Card. When I realized my mistake, I immediately emailed Nexus Pass Online to cancel any agreement with them and requested a full refund. On July 25 I received a **** phone call as well as an email indicating they would only refund 70% of my money after receiving a letter from me with reason for cancellation and agreeing to the cancelation fee. I contacted my credit card company who advised me to have no further contact with Nexus Pass Online and to wait 30 days. On September 7, I received a letter from my bank saying that the investigation was complete, and the dispute was settled, and the entire amount was credited back to my account. On Sept 7 and on October 28, I received a letter from *** ****** threatening to report this matter to Credit Bureaus (which they did) and also take me to Civil Claims court. I am prepared to go to Civil Court if they so choose. I believe this company is intentionally misrepresenting themselves to potential customers and is also using the threat of Collection Agencies and legal action to bully and intimidate customers. If this company was credible, they would have no problem granting a termination of a contract especially if no work was done. ** *** **** *** * ******* ********** **** ***** **** ****** * ****** ******* ** ******* ****

      The client signed up for our services on July 14th, after speaking with one of our team members over the phone. During this call, as a standard procedure, the name of our company is mentioned, we let the client know we are a third party handling nexus applications, we state our 3 packages along with the costs and additional benefits included in our service, and then the client chooses a package themself. The client was aware we were not nexus, they were also aware of the costs and then they signed a written agreement agreeing to the terms of our services. Our processing team starts working on the file very shortly after a client signs up, therefore we have a 24 hour full refund policy. Client reached out to us to cancel on July 19th, and since this was past the full refund period, we charged a 30% cancellation fee (stated in the agreement the client signed). We were more than happy to offer the partial refund, however client did not agree. The client then proceeded to do a chargeback through their bank, which resulted in the client being sent to our collections agency.
