Avanti did road and sidewalk work for ******** ******* in essex last fall. In the attempt to do that they built the sidewalk 3-4 inches higher than my interlock sidewalk. My sidewalk and driveway edging was damaged. Mazio reassured me that he would be reduing and fixing what was damaged to my satisfaction. My driveway and interlock sidewalk had been installed by a professional landscape company. He sent me a Christmas greeting and kept in touch. I sent him text messages starting In March as to when the work would be completed. He replied soon he wasn't back to work, then I got next month May-- then I got I'm hiring someone to do it-- then I got it's in my books. I've sent 2 more emails and no reply. It's now middle of June and nothing. My next move will be small claims court?? I'm stressed . Why should I have to get shafted now. I kept copies of all the text messages . I'm hoping this can be resolved through the BBB since his business is BBB Accredited.Customer response

The owner Mazio came by at 6:45 pm on June 23rd and said he has hired a person to fix the sidewalk and driveway but he's on vacation for 2 weeks. I am now waiting for the 2 week duration to pass and notification from that person. I'll keep the BBB posted. Thank you

This is an update on the Avanti situation. They have prepared it for cement. Cement coming ?? I will let you know when it is finished and I'm happy with the result. Thank you for helping me make this happenCustomer response

I'm happy it's over. Avanti kept his word and my sidewalk has been replaced. Thank you for your support in making this possible.
