Here is the email that I wrote to ****** ******* that the reason for my complaint: Hi ******, I’m following up on the parts that you said you would order to fix the Navien water heater that you installed in July 2021. As you know, you ordered a part for the wrong unit and therefore I have returned that part to ******* ***** for you to get from him and have asked that you order the correct parts for me to repair my water heater which has been broken since December 26th 2021. I have been waiting for these parts which you said you ordered on January 3rd, then said that you canceled the order (because you were “done chasing parts for free”), then you said that you ordered them (February 1st) but now it’s March 18th and I’m still without the parts, and thus without hot water. I’ve had a hard time doing this myself as all the companies that I call are asking me to provide a G2 contractor license (because this is actually your job, not mine) so this has been extremely frustrating and I’m extremely disappointed in the way that you have handled this situation.I’ve just called Navien again and explained my desperate situation and they have told me that all you needed to do was call them and give them the serial number of the unit and the parts needed and they would ship the parts out the next day. I’m so confused as to why this has been so complicated. All I want from you at this point is my money back for the part that you ordered that you took to my place and didn’t even check to see that it was the correct part, let alone install it which would’ve been the decent thing to do. In November I received the invoice for materials in the amount of $2,288.25. On December 20th, I sent you an etransfer for $1,000 and then on December 27th I paid the remainder plus $138.99 (You had told me that the part was $123 plus HST). Please send me an etransfer for the overpayment in the amount of $138.99. Thank you, *******
