I was at this location earlier today with my child with special needs who has an Access 2 card too. When I went in the very first question I asked the lady was about discounted rate for special needs kids or if they accept the access 2 card. She couldn’t answer my question so she made me wait a while as she tried to contact someone in the office but no one came forward. So after a long wait she asked me to purchase the tickets at full price letting me in assuring that that lady will come find me and adjust the price issuing me a refund. Only after hearing that & trusting her word did I buy the tickets. But no one came so after about half an hour Later I went back to ask then she called another lady who was rude & wasn’t willing to issue any refund. All she kept telling was all sales are final. If that were the case & no special needs discounts were offered then I should have been informed when I had asked instead of tricking me into purchasing full priced tickets first assuring I will be provided a refund. I tried contacting Ms. ******** the ******* ******* but to no effect, I have no hopes that she would do anything after hearing her response. All play areas I have been to offer special rates for special needs children but at this place everyone I spoke with acted as if they don’t know anything like special needs exists. Had I been informed that they don’t honor/offer any such thing I would not have made the purchase in the first place and left but I was deceived. I had trusted her word. It’s difficult to sum up the entire detail here the way everything occurred. I would like to request *** to please help me resolve this. I had paid $29.37 in total. I’ve had a very unpleasant experience here. Thank you!
