Our project started before the previous review by ******* was submitted on July 26, 2022 which was unfortunate because our experience mirrored hers and if I had read it, I probably wouldnt have selected this company. As ******* said, the staff were all very pleasant including the workers that came to the house. However, the project coordinator indicated that our project (replacing the tiled walls around our tub/shower) would only take a couple of days. That was important to us because we were expecting our sons family to visit and we did not want any work done over their stay. We even said that if the work couldnt be completed by the time of their visit, we would prefer that the project be postponed until after their visit. The work ultimately took about a month to complete not a couple of days - and through our sons entire visit. Tiles that were supposedly sourced and ready to go, were actually not sufficient to do the job and had to be ordered several more times causing multi-day delays. We were told that the worker(s) would be at our house on a particular day so we would stay home and then not have them show up. On at least four occasions the worker told us that he needed to pick something up at a store and that he would be right back but never came back that day. Importantly the final product was disappointing. We are still washing haze off the tiles, the side wall that was ripped up when they removed the old wall was left with unsanded, unpainted drywall mud, and the ceiling around the shower is spotted with the red waterproof membrane that they used. Thus, we will need to have the bathroom painted. We could have expressed our disappointment about these issues and withheld the final payment, but after the month of dealing with this company we just wanted them out of our lives.

I had a problem with a sagging floor between my kitchen and dining room. I called Highbridge and they came out a view. They thoroughly check my floor and verified this was not a structure issue. They did the work agreed to. The staff and repairmen are really great to work with. The work was done on time. This company was excellent. If I have other repairs I would call them first

I had a terrible, horrible experience that left us with a deep psychological scar. My first contact with them was in June of **************************************************************************** a bulk price but missed small details that I needed included in the proposal, the price was fair so I told him to come for a site visit to get measurements so we can get drawings and a timeline for the permit and a start date. When we didn't hear back from him for 9 weeks, we called customer service and short time later he sent a brief email telling us that now the project would cost us 14k plus tax. We complained to management and surprisingly got a different estimator that give us a smaller increase and included everything we needed on the proposal. We approved hoping that the permit won't take that long and they can order the material as soon as the drawings are done. A project manager was assigned and he followed up. For some reason our project manager decided to leave and having to get a new project manager and getting close to the holiday season meant that our dream project would start in 2022. We sent more emails and called multiple times but nothing was moving with the new project manager. Delay after delay, no start day even though the permit was in. Few weeks passed, we called to find out that our 2nd project manager has left the company some time ago and no one else bothered to handle our file or at least contact us. We were told a new project manager will be assigned and he will give us a start day within days. This new project manager asked to our surprise another site visit, after the visit he said he needs to give us another estimate. He sent us this new estimate with a price increase of 30k with the same exact text from the last proposal and simply said to approve it. We just had at the time, more than 40% increase in the price tag over 3 month period is just mind boggling and a slap in the face. Now we're stuck with losing 5k of our money....

Our experience with this company was wonderful, from estimate to end of job. The project manager, Sean B******, was always available and was there from start to finish of the project. The onsite crew was superb. Lay Lay and Newton were kind and considerate of our comfort during a job that inevitably caused major upheaval in the house since the floors of both the main and second levels were torn up. They prepared the floors for the tiles with knowledge, persistence and really hard work. Then they laid the tiles so beautifully that we couldn't be happier with the final results. This company was a joy to work with from the first phone call to the final work through of the site by the project manager!

I contracted Highbridge to build a new two-story deck on the front of my house. Over-all the quality of the work was very good. I spoke to the project manager Chrestos and the primary builder Rommel almost daily. They were both friendly and hard working. I always felt like they took pride in their work and wanted to do the best job they could for me.
