      The sales people are horrible. They are extremely aggresive in their sales tactics to a point where you feel bullied into buying a car. They will take your ownership papers from your trade and hold them before even signing the contract leaving you with a feeling that you have no other choice. They will take your driver's license and not return it before you demand for it back. They avoid talking about the full price of the vehicle. They will completely ignore your questions and concerns when talking about getting something cheaper. Do NOT buy the Jeep hybrid. For 200 km every week it will ONLY run on gas which makes it false advertising. Of course they did not mention this.They are rude, unethical, avoid telling the truth, and couldn't care less to see you leave as an unhappy customer.Find a dealer that respects you and what you ask for. This is NOT it.

      Absolute lies from the mouths of the service advisor's as well as Guy the service general manager. This dealership is not to be trusted. We bought a vehicle from them 6 years ago and have had nothing but problems with them. It actually started with the sales team and finance woman. All were very disrespectful to my wife and I. The only reason why I carried on with them was because of the price of the vehicle. From there on out it has been a wild roller coaster of emotions, lies and betrayals. I'm still waiting for *** the service manager to return my phone call in regards to some body work he was trying to get done on my vehicle. Oh and they don't take kindly to doing warranty work. And when they do they do a half asked job at it. The will do and say whatever it takes to save a buck on there end and behalf. Shame on you *************************** shame on you.

      Unfair and unethical practices. They do not ask permission before charging you more for a service you never consented to. They take advantage of female customers, or customers in general that do not know all knowledge on cars. Went in for a radio replacement under warranty and winter tire installation. I got quoted for 120 tire installation and they replaced all my lug nuts without my consent, told me right before I went to pick up vehicle. Got blind sighted by this sudden increase of charge. Went to pick up vehicle and lug nuts were dented and all different sizes, no way they were mine. My vehicle is a 2019 model. They initially told me my lug nuts were put in garbage when we told them we would want to inspect them to make sure their statement that they needed to be all replaced was true. then in their office when picking up vehicle they told us we couldn't take the lug nuts with us for further inspection at another garage because they needed to submit them to Chrysler. But why tell me that when you said you put them in the garbage? Manager promised a refund the following week and they would put it under warranty, no response yet, it's been a week.
