If you go online the "membership" price clearly says 8.99 and when you put it in the cart it says 9.49 for the ******* 4 pack. In store it says 9.49 for members but through the app it says 8.99. I called and asked why it was not going in at 8.99 like advertised and i was told it is to bring people in, it is a pick up only price. When i went in person and asked why it was still ringing up 9.49 when online says 8.99 the guy behind the register said "they do it to rip people off" . **** *** ******* *********** *** ** *** ****. Dear BBB team!
Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention. Upon receiving the letter in the mail on 6/19 we immediately conducted an internal investigation, we found that there had been a technical glitch with the 7NOW software that resulted in the incorrect pricing ($8.99) to be displayed for online customers. In store the price was displayed correctly at $9.49.
Once identified our IT department was able to correct the issue immediately. *** * *********** ******** **** as of 7pm on 6/20 showing the same product (******* Energy 4pk) now being advertised at the correct promotional price of $9.49.
