      It was my first time, based on a neighbours recommendation and I was completely satisfied. The service was prompt and cordial. The technician was obviously knowledgeable and competent and easily repaired a simple problem with my washer. He even cleaned up the nasty mess where the washer hadnt been moved for 15 years. I saved hundreds vs having to buy a new one. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them and will certainly call them first thing when I encounter my next appliance issue.

      Originally called Appliance Technician to fix my GE stove because of the quality of reviews and their commitment to BBB registration to offer exemplary service.........I was not wrong! Very impressed with AT service from the first phone call to having the stove fixed next day and within an hour. Stove problem was not obvious but solved by the competent and very honest technician. I will happily call Appliance Technician next time any of my appliances have a problem :) Much thanks AT!

      We had our dryer fixed this morning. Very painless process. Loved the online booking tool, no confusion on the scheduling options (same day options, but we choose next day). Iurii showed up on time, identified the issue very quickly. Gave ** an exact estimate (including taxes): it was competitive. He also gave ** a time estimate (because I was in a rush to get back to work). He finished 15 minutes early. Gave ** the safety tips for the machine & explained the warranty. Paid, got receipt immediately. He showed up dressed appropriately and had foot covers. Repair was quick, no help from me was required, and it was not noisy. ***** worked perfectly on the first load (there is a backlog with a dryer being down). Painless. Highly recommended.

      From the minute I opened the door I was very uncomfortable. He never said hello just "what is the problem" in a very crusty voice. I told him my dryer was not working well. He came in turned it on for 5 mins then stuck his hand in closed the door looked at me and said "you have heat. There is nothing wrong with the dryer". I explained to him that after years of owning it things take a long time to dry(they never used to). He then went on to tell me that I do not have an industrial sized dryer so it is not meant to be over filled and things will take a while. He made me feel so stupid like I didn't realize my dryer is not industrial size. I have lived in my condo for 15 years and have had my dryer since then so I know how much to load into my machines. I am 88 years old but still sharp mentally.His final diagnosis was the problem is with the vent and that I called the wrong department. He told me how much I owed him which is not the amount the bill said I owed. The bill that was sent to my daughter's email is $10.00 less than he charged me. I don't care at this point as I want nothing to do with anyone from there. I gave him money and he directly told me he does not have change so I told him just to take it and leave. I needed him out of there. He was at my place all of 8 mins. I was just so uncomfortable that I called my daughter when he left, crying and begged her not to have him come back ever!!!!! I will never use this company again.

      Top notch service. I booked on a Sunday for a Monday appointment. Service Technician called me before even seeing the appliance and he knew what was wrong with the Washer, He quoted me the part over the phone and brought it with him. He arrived 1 hour earlier than he said he would and had my washer up and running in less than 2 hours. Absolutely would call this company again for any appliance repairs I need.

      I found Appliance ******** to be friendly. kind, compassionate, professional, courteous and efficient. FIrstly, the person who answered the call was very kind and considerate to my urgent situation. She tried to take care of my issue in a timely manner. So the first interaction was extremely positive. The technician that visited our home was professional and efficient as well as extremely polite and well mannered, He was the way people used to be....He addressed my issues, came back with the parts the next working day and resolved the issue successfully with some helpful tips of how to manage my appliances to make them last longer...I found this to be a really nice company with old world values in a world that sometimes just does not make sense anymore! I would recommend them highly for all appliance needs.They will be my go to appliance repair company. A+++++++++ to both the lady in the office and also the technician who came.
