Went in to get basic, normal safety, my car was just safetied at the ******* dealership 36 days ago. I got a ride home from their driver, very unprofessional. Car was bottoming out on the road, I did not feel safe. I could hear parts banging around under the car as we drove over bumps. 6 hours after I dropped my car off, they call me telling me I need $2,000.00 of work done and there’s no way it passed a safety 36 days ago. One of the parts he said it needed was just replaced 2 months ago. (passenger lower control arm and bushing). Weird, ******* did a safety on it and everything was fine. He quoted me on the phone 800$ for the work but when I show up, the quote on paper is $2,000.00. I was upset of course and he asked me to never come back to his establishment again. **** ***** ** **** ********* ** ** ******* * ** * ***** *******

I read and will currently respond with my decision on this matter Case #********. I will not tolerate this clients aggression, I will not refund any money for the service I provided at her request, which complies with Ministry of Transport rules and regulations. This client also threatened to drive in to my clients vehicle which was blocking her vehicle in to do parking spaces, which this client was standing behind her while she was being in her manner (swearing and being aggressive). I performed a service she requested me to perform, She also asked me to lie to her client by changing invoice information I provided (the estimate) which I clearly stated on her invoice, in order to perform this service in “my Facility” will only be performed in this way at that cost. Also this all being said this client ****** ***** is not allowed in my facility or on my property no matter the circumstances. * ********* ********** **** ************** * **** ****** ******* *** * **** ** *** ******* ** *** ***** ***** ** ******* **
