since I live outside the city I made an appointment. he understood that, but he still kept me waiting four hours. i was left to wander the area, returning every now and again to ask if he had done anything or had any information. all he ever said was that he was terribly busy and he'd call me. finally, the last time I simply said 'I have to leave now so please give me back my keys and I'll pay for whatever time you spent on the vehicle.' as far as i could tell the car had never budged. he then proceeded to make a couple of phone calls and spend another 20 minutes talking gibberish to me about all the different things that needed to be done to fix the air-conditioning in my little car. in the end he charged me $300, for what I don't know. and he printed out an estimate of $2500 that it would take to repair the system. I really don't believe the car was ever looked at for longer than a few minutes, and I have no idea what I paid $300 for. he even called me later to tell me not to turn the a/c on because it may explode! my local mechanic laughed when i told him that. I would never recommend this person or this business to anybody and certainly I will never go back there.
