            Buyer Beware: if you have to return an item be aware that you will be charged a "re-stocking fee" of between 10-30% which will be applied at the arbitrary discretion of the store manager. I purchased an in stock vanity sink directly from the store (ie. not on-line), which I attempted to return 3 days later. The only "damage" was that the tape to the box had been undone. This was sufficient for the manager to deduct a 10% 're-stocking' fee. I had not been told this at the time of purchase. The store manager told me that it was in the "terms and conditions"referred to on the receiptI received after purchase, and which he suggested I should have read on-line prior to purchasing. In fact the store manager suggested he was doing me "a favour" by only charging me 10% when he could have charged me 30%. His smug attitude and rude behaviour was beyond anything I have ever experienced. While the products at Bath Depot are lower end and perfectly suit a cheap reno we are doing at our cottage, I will not risk being subjected to this same experience again.
