      I ordered a vanity with quartz top on Jan 18th 2023. We are told that the item would be delivered mid of February, but we didn’t receive until end of February. Our workers while assembling the vanity for us found out that one of the items was wrong. Therefore, we went to the store trying to find a solution, because we paid for the workers only to find out the item was wrong die to their mistake. The lady in the store blamed the delivery company and told us they can only order the right item which can only be to picked up next week. Through many times of complaints, we accepted to wait for the exchange, because she offered a 10% discount of the order. However, today on Mar 8th, the date of pick up, we were again told that the item was shipped wrong again and we need to wait for another week!!! I had already talked to her before that we would go to Europe mid of March and won’t be in the country anymore! I then requested to return the order and get the full refund, but she said we can get the full refund only if the item is in “PERFECT” condition in “Perfect” packaging!! How can we find out the item is wrong unless we opened the packaging?? The requirements are absolutely not reasonable, not even mentioning the money and time we wasted because of THEIR mistakes!!! *** ***** ****** ** *********

      We went to the store again, and through another discussion with the store manager, she accepted to give us full refund this time. The problem has therefore been solved. Thanks for the help still!

      We have a complaint about Bath Depot because: 1. They delivered the wrong replacement vanity top (in a box which indicated it was the right product) 2. The product delivered was priced at $120.00 + tax less than the product we ordered. 3. The faucet, also ordered from Bath Depot, was supplied as ordered but was for a one-hole sink (matching the ordered vanity top whereas the one delivered has 3 holes) 4. We incurred additional plumbing costs as the plumber, reasonably, installed the sink as supplied without anyone realizing it was the wrong sink. We had to have the inappropriate faucet installed as otherwise we would have had no sink. 5. They have failed to send so much as an acknowledgement of the three emails we have now sent on the subject, and phone conversations with the local store and with Bath Depot Customer Service have led to no offers of solutions from their end and refusal to discuss our solutions. Surely they should at a minimum have offered to refund the $120.00 + tax difference between the price of the product supplied and the one we ordered and paid for. I have copied and pasted into a Word file attached the three emails, which lay out the details. I am also attaching the invoice for the extra plumbing cost as well as the original invoice from Bath Depot. The reference numbers for the two different vanity tops are included in the email chain.

      I ordered a shower faucet from Bathdepot on October 7, 2022 to be delivered via ****** ****. I enquired with them when this was shipping on October 13 as nothing was updated on their site. They said it would go out the next day. A shipping label was created and once again nothing updated. I called them on October 20 and asked if it was shipped and it had not been shipped. I told them I wanted the order canceled and be refunded for the $258.77. This has not been done, now the order says it was shipped Oct 21 and no details have been updated. I've contacted ****** ****, they started an inquiry as well. Bathdepot says its out of their hands and will not refund.

      I placed an order in early august for a vanity box and sink. 2 pieces in total. One product was out of stock. They delayed sending the item that was in stock. Once the first item was in stock the second item was out of stock. My order kept being delayed. They refused to put the in stock item aside for me. Finally I said just ship the in stock item now. $50 additional charge to separately ship the 2 orders. It is now October and I am still waiting on the first item. They shipped the second item after I paid the $50 shipping. But now are so confused about the missing piece. They think they have sent it already and are blaming the shipping company. I have email records of this fiasco. I’m not sure if it is the English/French language barrier but A. They are impossible to reach B. Once you do reach them they are rude, dismissive and condescending C. They take no responsibility for any of this. The product I am waiting for is currently showing in stock on their website. After I emailed them yesterday they stated they shipped it on September 1st and to follow up with the shipping company. I followed up with the shipping company, they do not have it. Beyond frustrating. Another thing to note: they have no idea if your product has ever shipped or not. They is no scan process once it goes on the shippers truck. The best part is, I have the vanity top - which is useless without the vanity box - but am beyond the return deadline! Not sure if I’ll ever receive the vanity box. And now I can’t return the vanity sink. This company is a joke. Placed my initial order first week of august it’s now OCTOBER. I can’t reach anyone via email. To wait on hold, you better have a couple hours to spare. Sometimes they just randomly hang up on you. No one can tell me where the vanity box is and no one is calling me back to discuss a resolution. ***** ****** ***********

      Husband Called to purchase shower. Ordered one and was advised of a date. Didn't receive a phone call so we called, was advised it still being processed to be patient and was given another date. Still nothing clear again and was advised now they were waiting on some parts and it was delayed again. Called in no update still its been going on 4 months. I emailed them that I wanted a refund and our interest back as we are paying for a shower we do not have and paying interest in our account for a shower we don't have. They have charged us for the product since we ordered it. I am furious and we want our money and interest back and will buy locally.
