The plumber that was hired by the Black Walnut made multiple mistakes while working on our accessible bathroom. He installed a diverter without checking to see if it worked - it did not and resulted in the wall needing to be torn down and rebuilt (I was charged for this work). He then installed it in a way that was not standard (I was again charged to tear down the wall, fix it and rebuild it). The tub was then leaking mass amounts of water and could not fix the problem - when he left a general worker opened the wall more and fixed it himself, he told me this was human error (I was not charged for the plumber at this point, but I was charged for the worker who had to repair the wall again. After the work was done, it was discovered there was another large leak that has ruined a basement wall. The plumber pointed out on day one the issues with the current plumbing - one would assume he fixed it while the floor and walls were open. Turns out he was aware the pipes would leak from the previous set up, did him bathroom pipes only, and did not tell us he didn't repair the rest causing thousands of dollars in damages to the basement. When the plumbers came to fix this (also hired by Black Walnut) they also pointed out that the toilet was crooked and they couldn't believe it hadn't leaked yet, so they fixed it - I was charged for all of that, There are many other little issues as well, I will attach them in a document. Pictures are in the document as it is easier to explain what you're looking at. The quote and the invoice are in an excel format.
