Requested repair of garage door on January 27th, 2023. Garage door was installed in 2015 by this company and their phone number is on a sticker on the inside of the door. Despite repeated service requests and calls, no service was offered until March 13th, 2023. Repairman showed up unannounced with no prior notification. The repair was done to an unacceptable level and images were sent to the company the same afternoon. (Attached) ****** ******, *******, called me on Wednesday to collect more information on door in question, and offered to replace the defaced panel. I was also informed that I will not be charged for the repair but charged for the panel replacement when it arrives. Two weeks later, credit card on file was charged by the company, leading to the cancellation of the CC in question. Company was contacted with no response. They called me back at a time when I was in a lecture and could not answer the phone. Despite several attempts to contact them, the business has either not answered the phone or not responded to subsequent emails.Business response

We have taken steps to resolve this issue.
A new door face has been ordered and will be install for the customer.
