I have purchased several programs, painshop pro2018. paintshop pro ultimate, upgraded many times over.. purchased 2 versions of corel draw.. 2017 complete, 2018 a student/ teacher version. Have had issues right from the start with using it. Apparently this year 2023, they decided all were illegal purchases even though I have cds for everyone of them.. with codes serial numbers. They refuse to acknowledge them. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.. A SCAM ..Have tried customer support. Provided serial numbers and they just shut it all down. Hundreds and hundreds of dollars spent. Gone just like that..THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM ..Review from Danielle A

I got this software included with a camera purchase a few years ago. Since then my previous laptop had died, so I decided to re-download it. It will not let me, despite acknowledging that this is a product I have already paid for. If I try to re-register with this new computer, it only gives me a 15 day trial period. I purchased Corel Paintshop Pro and then several subsequent upgrades over the years. Their site uses an archaic and ****** complicated web system that registers the products, but does not allow for download links for products.I had to replace a computer, and the product is not available for download. I contacted "customer service", only to be told that my more recent purchases were "trial keys". The company and software does not allow for a serial number when downloading a trial product (it never even provides one).This company is trying to refuse a download of a purchased product claiming that a product I paid for was only a trial. DO NOT do business with this company. They are frauds.Review from Charles C

Do not even bother! I bought this software for my son from Best Buy and it came with no serial key code to use the software. I called Corel support, they told me they could not help me and to call Best Buy support...I went to Best Buy and they said I was supposed to receive an email or call Corel to get the Serial Key code to use the software and they still have not provided it to me as of yet after three emails and 4 phone calls. Matter of fact I'm on hold as we speak with a Corel rep and have asked to speak to a supervisor to resolve this issue so we will see what happens. One star is based on customer service...I would never ever buy a product with this company's name on it again!Review from Estee P

I tried to get a simple answer to a question and I also kept getting the same person with the same email that isn't maintained anymore. I have draw home and student, which I am happy with, is just missing a calendar wizard. I couldn't get an answer why. Too bad they can't be better. I gave up and purchased a calendar program from a different company.Review from Delbert G

I've been a Roxio customer for years and have always upgraded my Creator/NXT Pro discs. Last week, I reformatted my computer and discovered that I had "used up" my CD Key. I've spent this week with Corel support and getting no results. I called support at 8am this morning and was assured that the problem would be corrected. When I hadn't heard anything, I emailed Corel support and told them that I didn't think there was a problem with the software, the only problem being those people who had the gall to call themselves "support". I told them that, if the situation were reversed, they'd be as upset as I was. So, I will be looking for a different software for my computer. Because they've given up on me, I'll do the same to Corel.Review from Sylvie H

I wish I read the reviews before buying. I bought Paint shop pro, it came with 4 more goodies to use. Out of all of those I was able to install one program yet still cant open up the actual Paint shop pro. Very disappointing you cant reach them on the phone and the screen shot you take to send them ends up in mail failure. So what is really going on here is they're ripping people off. I seem to always end up with this guy by the name of MUHAMAD. They should be ashamed of themselves taking peoples money and creating issues. This will be the last Corel product I will ever buy. No worth the money I paid for. My laptop is a new one so there's no reason why I'm having such issues with this program. Customer service ?? what customer service it puts you on hold after 2 rings then its dead silence. Bunch of cowards cant handle the pressure. You can run but you cant hide. Don't waste your money go for something else. Not deserving of a one star.Review from jd

This Company does NOT respond to your issues. I have e-mailed them several times regarding my Video Wave download issue regarding the product key which is good for two years and I have not even had it for one year but exceeded my 20 download limit and they would not re-set it to zero. Not only they don't respond to my e-mails, they don't answer their phone. Waited on the phone more than 2 hours two different days and no answer. It’s honestly unbelievable that they can skate by with the appalling service they have. I downloaded their Painter Essentials 8 for my digital art, and it crashed upon launch. I never got to use it. I tried to contact tech support and they literally don’t even have a number, or any contacts. When I could finally use their CS chat, I had already done my own research on the error code and found forums informing me this was a common issue they’ve yet to fix for Mac users. With that, I decided to say screw it entirely, even after I contacted a rep and they said they’d get back to me VIA email. Here we are, a week or more after that and after I got Clipart instead (super satisfied!), and Corel just got back to me YESTERDAY! They don’t deserve A PENNY of your money.
