I placed an order with Yarmand on December 13th. Invoice # *****. I paid $218.51 to the business for two parts. A complete “Gear case” assembly for a snowblower that the part diagram clearly states in plain language that it includes the gear oil for it. I also ordered shear bolts. I received the shear bolts and gear case but they did not provide the gear oil as stated in the parts diagram available from Yarmand’s website. On December 25th I emailed Ricky Pierre Yarmand to inform them that that I did not receive the gear oil that the parts diagram calls out comes with the “Gear Case” assembly. The business replied to the email on December 28th stating that the manufacturer said gear oil never comes with the gear case. I then replied with a screenshot of their website that shows the gear oil and gear case are included together according to their parts diagram. The diagram even goes as far to say that with the gear case part # “Includes all items on page” are included with the gear case and the gear oil is listed on the page and in the diagram. The business has offered to provide free shipping but I will still have to buy the gear oil from them at full price, $25.68. I don’t believe based on the parts diagram provided from Yarmand that I should have to spend more money for something that clearly states it is included - and has already been paid for. I request a refund of the price of the gear oil so I can buy some locally or ship out the oil free of charge to resolve this dispute, **** ******** *** ***** ******* **** ********* ******* *** ** ***** ********
