ICS was to deliver to my office, however, they attempted to deliver at the wrong floor, and as I was working on my floor, a staff member from the other floor told me a delivery was coming upstairs. ***** arrived. Its been days, and noone from their customer service has gotten back to me, even after multiple emails and calls.Review from Ricardo F

this review is for the Delivery section of the company not to another business they do. IF CAN GIVE -5 STAR TO THIS COMPANY I WILL DO IT. For two days my package is been out for delivery BOTHS DAY AT 7.45 AM and still no delivery, called the company 3 times and nothing is happening. It is really badReview from Dave M

'm not sure I'll ever make another order if I see it will be delivered by these clowns. After multiple delays, my package was delivered and SIGNED for by someone who does not likely look like a '****' considering the signature is from a "*************************" in another postal code, approximately 10 kms away from my home. The only similarity to my address is the house number, nothing else matches.Review from Daniel B

THE WORST Courier company I have EVER dealt with. They lied, 3 days in a row I waited for a DRIVER to come pickup several parcels for my customers. Each day lies lies lies. Yes sir we have a driver coming today........next day........3rd Day was a charm. Bye Bye, will never use this company again Cheap Rates = **************Review from Al C

Beware of this company and its misinformation. Based on my experience they have a shoddy / inferior process to any other postal or courier that I have dealt with (and I have used them all in ****** at one point or another). For the past week, a parcel that was to be delivered to me, and is supposedly located within my city, has gone from processing to sorting to processing to sorting to out for delivery and then the next day repeats the cycle. When I spoke with customer, they were no more helpful. The agent told me that if a delivery is not made one day, it will get put on the truck the next day but not prioritized. So essentially, it could get stuck back on the bottom of the pile so to speak. It is now 4 days since the status package has indicated in ******. The agent when I spoke yesterday, asked me whether I wanted to pick up the item instead. Other than the provision of the address, she could not tell me in which part of the city, the depot is located. I indicated that I paid for delivery, so it should be delivered. Beware. Poor customer service and client relations all around!
