            All communication was through email June 6 - contacted Mr ******** for a cohabitation agreement. June 19 - Filled out the forms and paid the first installment $959.37 Mr. ******** advised he will get back to me in a few days. Attempted twice to contact him with no response. June 28 - received an email stating his admin assist was out of office and he was behind. He said he would get this to me soon. July 4th - emailed and requested a refund or documents as promised. Same day response saying he would process my refund next day. July 5th - emailed and asked for confirmation of refund - no response. July 8 - Tried email and phone call to office. Admin assist said he was working from home and to email him. I informed he was not replying. She said that was all she can help with. I have not been refunded or given the documents I requested. I was told a week to complete everything. It's now been 22 days since I sent him the funds and I've been given the run around. I just want my money back. The wasted time and frustration is not a big deal. I just do not understand why a lawyer would do this. It's not a complicated case.
