            I put a deposit for my daughters birthday party on December 11, 2021 for $209.54 which is half of the booking price which was agreed to be $419.08. Her birthday was supposed to be January 16, 2022 but Ontario put covid restrictions during that time in which Funhaven had to close. I called and asked for the cancelation policy and if I can get my money back. The employee on the phone said the owner Yury wasn’t planning on giving any deposits back even though the cancellation policy states a weeks notice to canceling and a full refund would be made. I canceled 2 weeks before the booking date. I have emailed him A LOT and he has only replied once saying that “he’s not getting any money from ****”. I would really like my refund back as per their cancellation policy and because of the circumstances here in Ontario. I not longer want to have her birthday party there and I just want my money back. I canceled it on January 4th which is 11 days before the party.
