            On January 14th, 2022, I have purchased the following product: New *******, Model: ********* ***, VIN *****************, Color - Green, Type - ATV. Year: 2022. Price: $ 11,999.00+13 HST = 13,558.87 This was the amount I have agreed upon with Pat P****, from the Breeze Financial Solution. **** * ***** ******** * * **** ** ***** ********** *** * **** ** ****** ** ***** ***** ** ******* ** **** **** * **** ** *********** ***** *** ****** ***** ** ******* ******* ******* *** **** ********* ** ******* ** ** ************* ** **** **** **** *****. To the point, when I spoke to Pat P****, he did not tell me that the price of ********* *** will be ending up over $21,408.87 dollars When I asked my sister in law to send an email to Pat P**** to inquire about the price, he replied back by breaking down the which made no sense to me, as I have never agreed to any of those amounts. $21612.42 for you to make it simple. $11999 cost of the ATV + $1501.8 Freight + $799 PDI + $300 License fee + $999 Admin + $3059.76 Warranty + $68.25 PPSA + $499 Bank Fee + $2386.61 GST = $21612.42. I have never asked for Warranty or to any extra charges. The whole problem is, Pat spent only 5 minutes with me, rushing me into signing the contract when he already realized my English wa sbad and that I am unable to read in English. He said, by signing the papers, I am signing the following amount: 13,558.87 in total. No extra charges and that I would pay roughly 250 CAD dollars monthly. When I signed the contract, he gave m eno papers nor the copy of the contract. The only paper I got from him was the ownership of the ******* ***. When sister in law spoke to Pat today, explaining the situation about this weird charges. I have not agreed to any of teh additional charges, strange warranty, transportation, which I should not have paid as per the Dealership office. THey have *********** added charges, which I could not afford in the first place. I would never sign a contract if I was told about all this.

            If I could give them zero stars I would. These people are the worst I've ever dealt with... ever. After wasting a month of my time our what was once a very pleasant relationship is now very unsettling. I tried many attempts to get updates for the last two weeks and still nothing. My deal was almost complete and they called me and told me they no longer want to work with me and I told them today I was my final day I would be working them anyway. They do not return calls I waited two weeks before I got am update. I found two units prior this this but because they don't return calls I lost them and so I found a third one and sent them the serial number to do a lien check three days ago only to recieve a call saying they are canceling my deal. Very disappointing and very unprofessional. My deal was almost complete.

            Hi K***. I'm sorry you feel you were let down. My records show you got very rude with your account manager, even to the point of cursing at him. As such, I support the decision to cancel the deal as my team deserve a safe and comfortable work environment. They simply are trying to help people get riding.

            I do not curse or swear when doing business. I also was not rude, maybe frustrated and expressed my frustration with your associate. You cancel my deal because of reviews on social media which we also not rude. Simply expressing my frustration with your organization. In fact I have also heard from local dealers that an ongoing rudeness comes from the same associate behaving very pushy for Vin numbers and demanding they act asap. Therefore I was advised not to work with you. So, I am well aware of how you operate business. And no thanks. I got a unit eventually by a friendly and respectful business. Thanks
