want to share feedback in case C05457459 that ********** sent for a solution of a poor installation of flooring in washroom that ****** flooring did and instillation of toilet. We had no solution as ****** flooring said it was not there fault that our ceiling fall in and caused thousands of dollars damaged. Now we are without a ******* or a floor installer that knows how to install a toilet or a floor the proper way and afraid to use out toilet again because we do not want a second incident of another ceiling repair which will cost thousands again.

We appreciate the situation you are in, but it was not our flooring installation that caused the toilet to leak. Once our installation was completed over a year ago you had another contractor install a new toilet for you and then you had a leak. As this is not related to the installation we provided we are not responsible for the repairs or damage.

Ok, if I can give this company zero star I will. Firstly my parent and I were monitoring the installation, they didn't like that and we had some opinions for the patterning of the hardwood. Then I stayed as they instructed not to interfere with the installation. I stayed on the first floor with my parent. Then the installation guy walked out and said another guy will come and do installation but the coordinator called and said the contract is over. They did not work with me and all they say is I warn u we will withdraw the contract. Their work is not good either. The guy hammered the hard wood too hard it splits and they didn't put wax paper for the first few rows. Pictures attached. My suggestion is DO NOT go with the company. The communication is bad the work is bad. Everything is bad. Fyi, this is the place that ********** in Ottawa subcontracts to. If anything doesn't go well, ********** doesn't have any control and nobody will do the rest of the work. Bear in mind that the coordinator will say this is a one sided story. I will tell you if I take the time to comment here they did a bad job and I don't care who u trust. Something happened. STAY AWAY!!!

This client came to us through a third party company that holds the direct contract with the client.The information in client's review is not accurate. We were unable to perform the installation service right from the start as client's mother was continuously in the way of the installer while he was trying to perform the service. The client's mother continuously selected boards from the boxes and tried to install these on the floor herself. (we have video evidence showing this))There was constant yelling at the team along with profanities by the client and his mother making for a hostile, uncomfortable and unsafe working environment. The client was advised by our office that this is not how an installation would take place, he was explained the installation area needed to be clear of both himself and his mother as the installer was there to perform a service without these types of interference also for safety reasons.He had to be reminded of this on several occasions, if the installer is not able to perform the service we would be forced to leave the site and would not be returning. Unfortunately, our efforts were ignored and we withdrew from the site and the clients order was cancelled by the third party company who held the contract with him.It is our belief that this review should not be posted to the BBB as it is not a correct reflection of this situation or of Ottawa Diamond Flooring in general.
