      Our furnace had stopped working and I called Ottawa Home Services. ****** from Ottawa Home Services appreciated the need to get the furnace functional and arrived at the house in approximately an hour. He efficiently diagnosed and managed the furnace blower malfunction. He was a pleasure to deal with and had the house heating up again quickly. Great service. Much appreciated.

      We just had a checkup of our heat pump system. The technician from Ottawa Home Services, *****, was simply fantastic. He was very approachable, respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Ottawa Home has always been most helpful. We remember one of the owners coming by the house on his way home, to get our system going. And he did not charge us for the call. Overall, a great business to deal with.**************

      I pay a monthly fee for an annual maintenance plan with Ottawa Home Services. Originally this meant Ottawa Home Services would come out twice a year to perform the maintenance (spring and fall). In 2020 they decided to switch it to once a year and the spring appointment was not done until August. This year I am unable to book an appointment until early December. The response I received is that they were too busy installing ACs and furnaces. How can I get them to perform a service they have already been paid for when they seem more concerned with new revenues?

The employee who spoke with you was just back from a leave and not aware that we had secured additional resources to get to our maintenance customers. I understand we will see you this weekend for the furnace and have pre-booked the spring for the AC. Thank you for your trust and continued patronage. Please do let the technician know if you prefer the single annual visit or the spring and fall visits - we will accommodate your preference.

      After posting negative reviews on this site and one other, the company was able to schedule the maintenance for the same week and resolved my issue.
