    I hired this company to do a pre and post retrofit inspection of my house as part of the greener homes grants from the federal government. Mr. *******, completed the post retrofit inspection on 3 Jan 2024 and is supposed to write a report based on that and upload it to the greener homes website. He emailed me on 22 January as follows “ As you know, the Enbridge HER+ Program has stopped accepting new program entrants. We were not able to get your file through the Enbridge submission process before the system closed Thursday. This means you will be required to contact Greener Homes via your portal and AP file number. Let them know your follow up audit has been done, and is being processed. Your rebates are not affected and your file is ready to submit to Greener Homes. Please let Greener Homes know as soon as possible, and let us know. We will then submit your file. Thank you for your consideration.” I called greener homes and they indicated there is no requirement to inform them that the audit is done and a report forthcoming, the file status was already noted as awaiting report. Since then, Mr. ******* has not submitted the report, does not respond to emails, nor return calls. I do know that the fund for the program is running low on money and if Mr ******* doesn’t upload the final report, I may lose out on about $5k worth of grants.

    All was great up front. Waited 6 months, still no rebate. ******** said he Failed to submit final audit report. When trying to get this addressed, he was unapologetic, brief and cryptic. Told me all was in order and the status was payment being processed. A month later, I called Enbridge and they still have not received the final submission. *** tried to reach this firm asking for an explanation. Yet to hear anything back. This is extremely unprofessional. Ive been extremely patient and polite. Now Im beyond angry.

    The level of demand for the program is overwhelming at every level. 30 weeks is the guideline given by ******** for rebate processing. That customers are upset is understandable. We are working to get better information out to customers; it may not always be enough.
