At first I was very excited because the company replied quickly and came by to discuss the work. I waited for them to get back to us with the quotes they committed to and they didn’t send the quotes. Despite multiple emails I wrote to follow up, they never replied to my messages to say they are not available or that they didn’t want to take the job, etc. Very disappointed with the way I was treated.

I had a very positive experience with To do-Done. Using their on-line form, I requested a quote for repairs to the caulking and grout on the tile floor of my shower. They responded on the same day with a request for photos of the areas and within a few days I had a quote. Once I provided the 30% deposit on the work, it was scheduled for the following week. I found the process was handled in a very professional manner. Emmett arrived right on time, having phoned me beforehand to ensure that I was ready for him. He was professional, knowledgeable, and never assumed. He engaged me in discussions regarding the options available, letting me decide how to proceed. He was not happy with the colour of the replacement grout and gave me his phone number to call him when it had dried completely – luckily it dried to a perfect match with the original grout. However, some of the caulking had pulled away from the tile as it dried, and he returned to correct this minor fault – he made sure that I was 100% satisfied with the work that was done before he left. The shower looks like new! I intend to use this company again for all my minor household repairs – I already have some painting work scheduled with them for later this month.
