In August 2021, my neighbour and I bought a fence through Fence Masters. Less than a month later, the slats on one portion of the fence had fallen out. Because we were unable to fix the issues ourselves, we notified the business. This was in September 2021. There was a lifetime warranty on it, and the business agreed that the fence would be fixed quickly. Unfortunately, the fox never came, so at the start of 2022, around March, I reached out for an update. They told me that we were second in line for a repair and that it could expect to be completed by May. When that deadline passed again without an update from the business, I reached out again. They said it was a manufacturers defect that would be resolved quickly. It is now September, almost a year after initial request to fix, and still there is no progress. It feels like pointing the finger at manufacturer absolves them of accountability to find a solution. They haven’t once suggested alternatives or tried to find a resolution. Since we have paid cash in full, we are an afterthought. Making matters worse, I am needing to check in with them for updates since they won’t provide them themselves. I have dealt with at least 3 employees at business, and send tens and tens of emails. I feel hopeless and neglected. This is why I am reaching out to you for help getting a resolution. One of the reasons why we want fence repaired is to allow our dog out without a leash. We would prefer if lifetime warranty didn’t mean we needed to wait a lifetime. Thank you.
