On their website, it says Sunday to Monday after 10pm, it's market hours. I should've been been given the offer but i wasn't. I contacted manager and he said it hasn't been updated and was very dismissive. If something is mentioned on their website, they should honour that. I only ordered the things that were shown marked as eligible for market hour and ended up paying double the amount that I expected. The respective screenshots are attached with my receipt as well.The transaction occurred on 20 August 2023. I paid $88.12Business response

We switched our happy hour from Sun to Thurs back to Mon-Fri and there was a delay in adjusting it on our website. Our mgr on duty was unaware. We apologize as this was just a simple mistake and was rectified promptly. We would be more than happy to refund 50% of the bill or send out a $50 GC to the customer.

After further investigation we discovered that all info regarding our Market Hour had been properly updated on our website , social media, tent cards , menu , posters etc and has been like that for 6-7 months. It was in fact the customer who had the incorrect Market Hour sched so we did nothing wrong and will not submit a refund . This is our last response to to this complaint . Do not email us back.
