            On September 21,, 2020 we contracted with Bellissimo to replace a wood retaining wall with stone and to replace existing pavers with new pavers for $13500. Later on this was expanded to include driveway paving as well for an additional amount of $5000. After not even two years the retaining wall is now leaning towards my neighbors quite a bit as demonstrated in pictures attached. Also it appears and my neighbor recently pointed this out that they seem to have used several broken bricks in the wall. Broken bricks also attached picture. I say installed that way as there is not pieces broken off around it. They assured us there work was Guaranteed. I just want them to fix the retaining wall.

            Havent used the company for landscaping but encountered an issue with them on my street. On the 4th of July, the workers pulled over on my street and set off fireworks in the middle of the day. I called to complain and spoke to someone and they were extremely rude and dismissed my complaint. He said everyone was doing it all weekend in their backyards, so it doesnt matter. He ended the call mocking me while talking to his coworkers. Disgusting. How embarrassing for a business to conduct themselves like that.
