I bought the cpap from Medigas on July, 15/2020 and after few months I was having issue with the machine. I was told there is recall from the ****** company. I am an heart patient and not getting good sleep due to cpap machine. I have registered machine with ****** company. and waiting on more then 18 months. I have approached the Medigas where I bought the Cpap machine. they refeused to anything to help. Answer I am getting is they don't have spare one. It is effecting my health, due to lack of sleep. I have been using Cpap machine more then 10 years. this is the new one I bought from the Medigas and few months later had issue with it. Not having proper sleep caused me eye stroke and suffered for more then six months. I request you to help me get machine replacement or money back, so I can purchase other device. Please help since Medigas refused to help.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:I was not sure that I have to response to any of your email. I thought you will be contacting Medigas on my behalf. Which I believe you have, but Medigas has not contacted me to resolve the issue.
Since no one contacted me from Medigas, I was not sure what should I be doing.
Today I got email from *** informing that they are closing my complaint against Medigas.
Can you please reopen my complaint, since it is not resolved.

I have spoken directly with this client to address his concerns and we have come to a solution he has advised me he is satisfied with. We agreed I would keep in contact with him regarding the ETA of the solution, and he was also satisfied with this.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to ********* ** ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.As they have told me it will be matter of two to three weeks, before they will replace the Cpap machine.
If they don't live upto their promise, I will contact *** again.
