*** ******** *************. On the morning of February 08, 2022, I contacted Steve B****, sale person to inform him that I would be returning the rental unit. During our conversation, I was informed that there was a ''NO Refund'' upon returning the rental unit. I had a small disagreement since there are no indication of that nature on the invoice. Notwithstanding, Steve B**** reaffirm his position and indicated that this was indicated in the terms of condition on KineMedics website. Notwithstanding the rental unit was returned to KineMedics at 01:09 pm on February 08, 2022. It is important to note that I did not lease this rental unit using the KineMedics website. This rental was done by telephone and e-mail process. Furthermore, was never referred to the terms and condition ''No Refund'' policy. In addition, upon review of the KineMedics terms and condition, it would appear this would be contravening the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (CPA) in regard to Ontarian s rights when signing or cancelling a contract. In closing, I am requesting that KineMedics refund the amount of $300.00 + $39.00 (HST) = $339.00 for the period of February 08, 2022 to February 14, 2022.
