I placed an order with Things Engraved back in September (I placed an order for two customized wine glasses that came to a total of about $44.99 plus shipping). However it is now December and I have not received the items I ordered. I tried to speak with customer service as I had actually been in process of moving house so I tried to have my shipping address changed, I was told the package had already been shipped out so the address could not be changed which was fine, I stayed at the house until the end of November waiting for that package that never arrived. However when I then went to customer service to explain my package was never received and I would like a refund , I was told my package had been delivered and I would not be getting a refund. I argued to say the package had not been delivered, and then the representative told me it was delivered and she even sent me the address of ANOTHER customer (the exact address, house number and street name, even postal code). When I then got upset that they had sent my package to a complete other province they backtracked to tell me my address was actually not sent to that address. I then requested my refund again, expressing how sending me the personal info of another customer was very unprofessional and that I was not impressed with how disorganized this company was. My answer was for them to send me a phone number of a supervisor to try and discuss my case, and I still have not received any money back. * **** **** ***** **** ***** ********** * ** **** ********* ** ** ****** *** ***** **** **** ******* ************* * **** **** ******* ** ***** **** **** * ******* * **** *** ******* *** **** ** *** *** *** ***** ********* ** **** ** ******* *** ***** ******** ************ Then after all this, I discover my customer account with them has been deleted (I assume by them since I did not do it) and now I cannot check my orders or even contact them about the problem.
