******************** What a great experience I had with this company . A move that had me worried and fretting turned into a no problem we can do this . The owner O is Professional, caring, responsive, punctual, kind, and hard working. He and his associate did an amazing job which involved many stairs on the hottest day of the year. I am so happy that Ottawa Best Movers was recommended to me by a friend who was very impressed with their service. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends. ****, ******* and *** were my rescue angels last Friday. I made an emergency call and they arrived within minutes and just handled everything with utmost professionalism. They were not simply efficient but they were also caring, friendly, kind, good-natured and showed empathy for my stress. These guys had been working all day and I called just before 7pm. You would think that they would be somewhat grumpy and lack lustre. Not at all! **** was the "captain" and said to me "You tell me what you want and we will do it". Then he told me to drink lots of water because he could see that I was stressed. At the end of the move, just after midnight, they were all still pleasant. They really saved me when I could not even think straight anymore. My movers let me down at the last minute with news that they could only load but not help unload, so I was stuck. After our custom couch delivery couldn't make it through the door, the only option we had was for it to come through our condo's second floor balcony. We asked around and **** provided us the best quote, by far. **** answered my many questions with patience from the start. He and his crew showed up on time, hoisted two pieces of a sectional up and through the balcony doors, and brought our old couch down the same way. It was a tough job but they were pleasant and hard working throughout. I will certainly be calling **** and his crew in the future. If you need furniture hoisted, you can trust in their work 100%!Review from Arlene A

********** were so amazing! They moved our 400lbs bar unit into our basement with ease. 400lbs! And they moved it down stairs without scuffing the walls! They seriously did such an awesome job. They also had great humour too; and that's a plus in our household!Review from Brian P
