    Indigo parking charged my credit card $15.00 and never issued me a ticket from their machine therefore I had to go park somewhere else. When reported with supporting documentation, Indigo promised to refund the $15.00 after repeated attempts by email they still telling me that they will send me the refund however I am still waiting after 3 months. It looks like they made the promise to get me to go away.

    The credit card did not work and there was no cash slot. I received an 80 dollar ticket. The company was informed but I doubt they will fix their machine or reimburse me. Scammers.

    The Indigo parking lot at 250 City Centre Ave offers the first 90 minutes for free. However, their app charged me for this free time. I filed a refund request and received an automated response stating "Our customer service department will do its utmost to reply within the next 48 business hours." I patiently waited for four days (96 hours) and then sent a reminder. No answer, they never get back to me.

    I parked at *************, beside the *************** on 2nd January 2025. I paid for parking, via the app, 3x in error. I called the company as soon as I recognized my mistake, provided the transaction numbers, and I was hung up on 3x in 1 minute by 3 different people in their call center and my emails were never returned. This is a fraudulent company which has business practices that are highly unethical. I noted that many others are or have had issues with this company and this is a company that should be investigated further.

    Dropped off a passenger with a ****** before going to PAY for parking. We have been paying $40/ day to park to watch the *** in Ottawa and unfortunately will have to continue paying that rate for the remainder of the tournament. The attendant was talking photos of us and videos and standing in front of our vehicle prohibiting us from going to pay to park. NOT IMPRESSED. We will be filing a complaint with the company when the office opens for business hours

    indigo parking is one of the worst run companies i've ever dealt with. They are taking advantage of their clients and are disguising it with poor business practices. they have controlled the parking at 405 terminal for nearly 1 year now and everyday it gets worst. The cost of parking at their 2 locations side by side have different prices on different days to get as much money as possible from people parking at the buildings. The delayed the opening of their parking garage to create an unfounded demand and chaos for the return to work. They illegally sold parking at the lot across the street, again for the money, Now they are cancelling all the above ground parking passes and forcing people to underground at a significant increase. My parking which i share will increase from $65 to we think $180. I say we think because they are not being forthcoming with the prices. Its been removed from the website, phone calls and emails are incredibly slow in returning. Overall customer service is awful and explain how $180 is reasonable parking in a suburb ottawa next to a ********

    Indigo parking charged my credit card three times at the same time. When reported with supporting documentation, Indigo promised to refund the 2 extra charges. Repeated attempts to connect have now resulted in silence and no refund in sight. It looks like they made the promise to get me to go away.

    After a few years of monthly passes, I had an issue with my credit card allowing payment. I promptly replied to the notification email say it should accept payment now to no avail. Phoned a few times and was automatically hung up on or ignored. I went to remedy the situation in the office and the lady proceeded to gas light me by saying I never sent anything and that my contract would be null and void indefinitely. Pains me how s*** of an organization has a monopoly on parking garages in Ottawa.
