            I got my laneway done 8 months ago and it looks terrible. Ive sent emails and text and received nothing back. Ive talked to multiple people and they have all said it was poorly done and should be ripped out and redone. I wish I never spent the money.

            Good afternoon ****. We meet early in September of ***************************************************************************************** to help you get your driveway done.I provided a quote to you on September 7th and we completed the paving of your driveway on September 27, 2021.On completion of your driveway you where completely happy with the results so I am not so sure as to why you are now totally not satisficed.You claim to have sent me text and emails, the only message I have is a email of April 22, 2022 where you claimed to have a small crack in the driveway and we should reconnect. I did reply to the email that I would contact you once the season got started and I was in your neighborhood. (Please appreciate that spring start up is the busiest time of the year for most contractors).Getting option from unqualified individuals or on social media is not helpful.Please send me another email to let me know when you would like to meet and I will come out to see the driveway and lets see if we can come to a resolution.Thank You.*********************** Vice-President ********************** ******************************* ****

            Hi ****** I have not received any short of communication back. (Maybe the wrong email?? And I have nothing in my junk mail) also texted you directly can screenshot for you if youd like. You are right I was happy with the job at the time. And the unqualified individuals that contacted me personally were people who own and operate businesses such as yourself. I can attach photos to an email of the rough spots when I receive one. I wilI gladly remove the review once I receive a response. I would just like to get this resolved thanks.

            Good afternoon ****. I want to confirm with you are meeting of May 16th conversation.I think that we are in agreement that there is not really much wrong with the driveway after we had a discussion.: A small indent that was made by your boat trailer on a hot day is not covered under our warranty as stated in our agreement, this will be common with asphalt that never does get as hard as concrete. : The hairline crack which has developed over the winter is over a culvert and again this is stated in our agreement that we can not warranty this as *********** will heave up over the winter month with frost conditions.: There is a short section (15' long or so), where there is some segregation at a joint and this was not preventable with the hand raking that was required on this project.: As previously I commented on, the driveway sits higher than the grass and I advised you to install top-soil in these areas to prevent the horizontal edges from cracking and undermining.Trusting we are in agreement with all.Regards,*********************** Vice-President ********************** ******************************* ****
