I have not heard from the business in a long time. They reached out to me about 2 weeks after dropping my shirts to be printed and paying the fee. They said that my order “fell through the cracks” and that they would complete my order promptly. I have attempted to call, email, text and even go over to their place of business with no luck. They weren’t at their warehouse. I paid $40 cash deposit in person (yes I spoke with the owner named Masa and he was very nice, I’m shocked that I haven’t heard anything from him since) and then paid the difference via **********. They currently have my tshirts that I dropped off to be screen printed. At the very least I would just like my shirts back. At this point I don’t care about having the printing done or even receiving a full refund for the printing. *** * ***** ******** ***** *** ***** ** ****** * **** ***** **** ******* ***** ********* ** ** **** ***** * *** * ***** ******** ****** **** ***** ******** I dropped the shirts off to them and paid them on November 18/2021. On Aug 6 we contacted Capital Printer to get a quote for service. We received a fair quote for 12 hads with leather patches with our logo. All the details were agreed to and payment was made same day via Credit Card. The cost was 334.48 1 month later aprox Sept 12 we reached out to inquire as to the status of our paid order. We left a message on the company answering service. Many days had pasted with no follow reply. So we then emailed the contact we had who sent the invoice and again no reply. We must have sent 3 more emails and I personally called at least 12 more times before finally getting someone who picked up on Oct 13 at aprox 2pm who asked for my info to email me back the status. I asked for a refund instead and he said it would have to be done by email and it will take 3 weeks to process. I said that would be fine and he said he would 100% send me an email by that same night. Before we ended the call he asked to confirm my email which was correct. The person I spoke to on that day said his name was **** and he was one of the owners Well to my surprise no email was received and no follow with me has been made. I have since daily attempted to call to try to connect and I leave a message every day Still no email, call any reply whatsoever.
