              New metal roof installed pitched in 2014. 3 years ago the roof started leaking. They have done 2 attempts at repairing but is still leaking. They have not returned phone calls for 3 weeks. I called the London office and spoke with *** ***** who says he's a manager and told me that they would be here March 29/23. Roofers never showed up and no calls. Left message on his cell phone and not calling back. The damage to the inside has never been refunded like they said they would. They have told me the pitch is too low but never repaired. I have spend 3x for repairs and they won't even acknowledge it when I ask them. I also have a warranty for 55 years on this roof and my house is being ruined by this company. It's disgraceful that a customer is treated in this manner. *** ***** told me I was a difficult customer (finger pointing) I guess because I'm upset my roof is leaking. It's unbelievable. This is not right and require some help. Thank you. PS. I have notes and pictures and videos
