      Since the day of purchased I was lied to and promised false information.... Upon pickup on week later I wanted to cancel the contract as the trailer I purchased was falling apart and was promised to rectify the issue I am now one year over the date still have no repairs done... I have all emails to confirm and any phonecalls made to the company recorded .... Any more proof needed will and can be provided to help my cause .... And please do look at the one star review on their google sites review

      We have taken necessary steps to help best possible out come, We have responded to all service requests as well looked into repairs of the trailer. We have also offered to Tade the customer out of their trailer. We will continue to help repair the trailer.

      I am rejecting this response because I am the one one that reached out about a trade in and never got a response from it. As well you will see my picture as I have reached out over a year ago to ****** ***** about my claims and never got a response from them. Their is a photo of my last response to repairs and never heard back from Ottawa camping after I sent more questions about their last response Sincerely,

      It has been over a year, ***** has talked about trade in. We have exhausted all avenues with this. We are willing to work with customer to have repairs done. trailer needs to be brought into our dealership to have repairs completed. We will be going through the ****** ***** warranty department to have repairs.

      I am rejecting this response. I will be bring in all the conversation affiliated with Ottawa camping to you in person and also the ****** ******** ******. There is not on single talk about a trade in any conversation nor have I had it on phonecall with ***** or ******. Repairs have been neglected since day of purchased. When I went in every time in person I was told they would contact me by phone which I never recieved until I said I would make this public on email.then I had someone come in the fall to look at it which took over a year to even have some look into it. Also I had to chase to find what was going about repairs instead of me hearing from them. So over a year I've had leaks water damage the place smells like mold. Which could have been avoided weeks from purchase instead of having more issues with mold smell and ect....

      On July 2/2021 I entered int a contract to purchase a Hydrid Trailer from this business.When all was said and done I paid them very close to $37,000 dollars. I purchased last years model as a brand new trailer. From the start they did advise me a mattress and a pole were missing and we on order for the front bunk. I went to pick up the trailer and I was concerned about the side bunk having small holes in the canvas, which they patched with marine glue and I was assured it was not leaking as they tested it. I was advised that new canvas was on order for this. While I was receiving a demonstration on how the trailer functions and how to hook up the trailer to the enhanced hitch and power hook up I ordered to be installed. While this was happening the technician lost power going to the trailer, they tried to repair while I as onsite but could not. So they indicated I could not pick it up. I then assisted that they deliver the trailer to me the following day. On and ON it goes from there!
