They impressed me back in 2007, and I'm still with them as a customer!It's hard to go wrong with an ex-**** Canada employee and an ex-RCMP officer installing your wired security system! (that *** be different now in 2022, but was the case in 2007)If you are new to home monitored alarm systems, their website should be the first place you start to educate yourself. Even if you have another BIG commercial monitoring service in mind, you would be well served to read their information. It's a breath of fresh air, they're not trying to sell you on their service, but educate you so you make an informed decision.I live in rural Eastern *******, south of ******. The 1st piece of advice given to me from HSMP was, "you live on a dark, country gravel road, you should invest in a driveway gate. A gate is much more an effective deterrent than a home monitored system" - I though, are these guys not here to sell me an alarm system? :) That was from the owner for this company! At that moment, I knew I made the right choice. I forwent the gate and chose their services for a monitored system.This is a true 5 star rated local business in my mind. Read their website and you'll most likely agree with my review here.

We have always relied on word of mouth advertising to grow our business and it's great to hear from our older clients who are still with us after many years.
