I purchased storage then cancelled it 2nd day because i didnt wanna use it. They charged me usage fee then when i made comment they didnt like they refunded that amount. A month later they billed me storage fee while it was already cancelled and refunded that amount because it was by accident probably. Because of that i had to pay my bank overlimit fee of $45. I want compensation for damages occurred. Very unprofessional to do business with this company.Business response
