The date of the transaction was, January 12th of 2022 and I payed this business exactly 678.00$. In the middle of a blizzard, about 10 minutes after my accident, they showed up randomly when I got into an accident and they started retrieving my car as quickly as possible without my consent while I was speaking to police officers and ambulance. Every time I asked them how much they charge they would either ignore me or yell that insurance would cover it. They never gave me any breakdown before they took my vehicle or never had me sign a waiver. I had no record that they took my vehicle and no pricing whatsoever so they could essentially charge me whatever amount they want. After I get away from the highway, I call my insurance company as soon as possible to confirm whether or not they are covering the towing. I got told that I only have one-way insurance which means nothing is covered. That's when I called them again and asked for a manager since nobody else would give me a price. I got forwarded to the driver who finally tells me they are charging me 715$! I then tell him to give the address to wherever my car is at the moment so I can have a tow truck from the dealership I work (which is ********* ***** in Ottawa Ontario), to go get it. He refused to give me a address and kept lowering the price from 715$ to try and have me accept his offer. I hung up to contact authorities and that's when he called me back to tell me he's on his way to my work place to drop off my vehicle, which he wants to charge me an extra 125$ for. I keep asking him to leave my vehicle and I will be getting my own tow truck but he refuses and shows up to my work place. We go back and forth verbally, when he gets to my work place and threatens to bring back my car to their compound to charge me as much as he wants per day. I ended up negotiating to pay 600$ and then later leave a complaint, but when It's to pay he doesn't even have a machine! He wants to take a photo of my credit card to charge
