**** ***** of RLs Transport was paid a deposit to ship a puppy from Ontario to NL, $475 on 7 July through ***. The breeder ********* ****** found him via an ad, but when we could find out no more about him ourselves we canceled. He eventually said via text that he would refund us but has not. His insurance is ******* **** ************, he says, that might be how to find him. I put in a random postal code because the form wanted one but I have no address for him. He is on ******** as **** *****, the breeder was talking to him at the time. She is *************************Business response

I am rejecting this response because:The business said they would refund the money in a text dated 14 July, so they know full well what is going on. I have attached a screenshot as proof. The amount is $475.
