As a small business owner I was coerced and pressured and lied to into signing a 5 year contract unknowing to me at all. Terms were not discussed. I was not given a copy of contract upon signing, was dropped off to me weeks later. 2 weeks in of not being happy with service my attempts at contact to explain I was given the run around and no one contacting me back nor leaving messages or contact info. Now that I have out right refused continued service I've been dealt a breach of contract letter and told to pay 5 yrs worth of service not rendered. I have paid for services that were done. The timeframe on breach of contract is 10 days and when I sent all parties involved an email to cease and desist I got an auto reply response from them that they are not in office to read emails for exactly 10 days. I respectfully disagree with the comments made.
There was never any pressure to sign an agreement and we are buying this customer custom logo mats at the customers request. This would never happen without a conversation about term as the item will only be used by her. the customer had the agreement in her possession for several days and had ample opportunity to read through the terms. I have email chains to support all this should they be required for some reason.
There was a question of a smelly mat that was changed out the next day, again we have emails to support this.
The logo mats were ordered on April 11th, 2022 and this is why the agreement was breached. We can not use this product for any other customers
As for the 10 day emails provided, neither of the 2 individuals have been off for more than 5 days, they were just off on one day that overlapped and the auto reply gave a alternate option to communicate with us. I see no issue here.
I'm willing to sell the customer the logo mats when they arrive from our manufacture to void the agreement should that be the direction she want to take.

I am rejecting this response because: of blatant lies. The documentation I was sent literally says to hold logo mat for 4 weeks. This is the first time This logo mat has come up as the issue and this is the first time I hear of any solution being about buying it.This business clearly is in business for scamming people into contracts, providing terrible service and then pinning breaches on them. You can tell this by the many Google reviews on this business. I wouldn't be surprised if we could get. A Marketplace story going on these guys. (Waiting for their response).
The only resolution I would like to see is a cease and desist of any action, harassment, communication from this company also that they pick up the rest of their belongings.
