Contract signed June 28, 2021. Contract is submitted as evidence. Contract states photos will be delivered within 120 day. Engagement photo date Oct 13th 2021, we received our photos May 6th 2022 Wedding photos date Dec 31, 2022 - yet to receive our photos Paid **** in full one week prior to the wedding, $5,695.20. Dates of communication to ****; April 3, May 5, May 31, June 30, July 31, Aug 18 2023 (all with no reply from ****). A few phone calls (unknown number, went straight to voicemail, I did not realize my caller ID was off). She finally replied Aug 28, 2023 reassuring me we would receive our photos before our first anniversary, which would have been still unacceptable but at least we would have had them. I emailed her Nov 21, Dec 11 no reply for an update. My friend posted a Google review Jan 26th, the following day I received a message from ****. After no communication since Aug. I replied to her email Feb 21th 2024 asking for 40% back as she is in breach of my contract and for the pictures to be sent to my by March 6th at 4PM. She replied March 4th saying she estimates having them back to my by the end of March. I also left a Google Review Feb 21st. This is still unacceptable, she is breach of contract. I should receive money back as compensation and my product finished ASAP. This situation has been extremely frustrating and avoidable has she followed her own contract. Thank you for taking the time to review this case.
