Got a quote early February 2023.,Gave a deposit of approximately $1600. After finally wondering what was going on,they came in early May 2023 with wrong parts. They could not do the job, and left after an hour. After several emails, phone calls ,and visit to store,they promised over and over again they would get back to us. On the 10th of April I contracted M&T Glass to replace 7 window panes and to fix a shower door. **** ***** ************ We agreed on a date and time to have installation done and shower door fixed. When the installation date came, no one showed up. They tried to tell me first that the technicians were at my house and their second excuse was that they sent the technicians to a house with a client that has the same name as mine. I guess they think I'm an idiot. Took me well over 3 hours on the first day to try and get some resolution. I had to take another day off for them to call. They did not fix the shower door but was quick at charging my credit card for the balance of the work, which is not done. I spoke to *** and the ********** ******* who assured me that they would compensate me for 2 work days lost and that I would be called back within the hour. It's been 10 days. I am asking for them to return $500 of my funds. I would also like to ask why they kept my credit card number and decided to just charge it. Unethical company.Initial Complaint

APPROX. DATE AUGUST 18 ORDER PLACED THEY TOLD ME DELIVERY WOULD BE 2-4 WEEKS. HOWEVER WHEN I FIRST ENQUIRED ABOUT IT THEY TOLD ME 2 WKS. (WHEN I WAS TALKING TO THEM THEY EVEN TOLD ME THAT THE PLAINER THE CUT THE BETTER DELIVERY WOULD BE SO I TOOK THE PLAINEST FINISH|.. SEPT. 21 ENQUIRED ABOUT DELIVERY NO APOLOGY OR CALL FOR DELAY BUT ONLY SAID ETA OCT. 14. NOV. 14 NO CALL OR EMAIL FROM THEM, EMAILED THEM ABOUT DELIVERY EMAILED THEM AGAIN NOV 18 AND NOV. 22 . STILL NO ANSWER. I HAVE ALL THESE EMAILS THAT I CAN SEND YOU. I ALSO TRIED NUMEROUS TIME TO CALL THEM BUT NO ANSWER AND THE MACHINE TELLS YOU TO EMAIL THEM. I EVEN TRIED TO REACH OTHER PEOPLE IN THE COMPANY TO TALK TO SOMEONE BUT NO ANSWER FROM THEM . ORIGINAL ORDER AUG 18 COST APPROX $1400.00 DEPOSIT ON VISA $713.47 . I EVEN ASKED THEM THAT IF THEY WANTED TO CANCEL ORDER AND GIVE ME A REFUND I WOULD ACCEPT THAT. WITH ALL THESE EMAIL AND CALLS I HAVE NEVER HAD A PHONE CALL OR AN EMAIL FROM THEM ABOUT DELAYS UNLESS I CALL THEM OR EMAILED THEM., APOLOGY ONLY GIVEN WHEN I SAID IN AN EMAIL THAT THEY HAD NEVER EVEN APOLOGIED. . Hello, I contacted M&T Glass in December 2021 about replacing a broken window in my house. In Early January 2022, they sent sales associate to my house to give me a quote and book an appointment. The sales person said that they would probably install the window at the end of February 2022. I paid a deposit of $345.90 on January 5th 2022. In early February 2022 an installer came to take measurements of the window that needed to be replaced. At the end of February the installers never came. I called M&T Glass early March 2022. They never returned my phone call. From March 2022 to August 2022 I kept calling them and emailing them to either have my window replaced or to refund my deposit. In August I sent an email notifying that I would file a complaint with the ****** ******** ****** (***). They called me back on the same day. They told me that my window was going to be replaced on October 17th 2022. My window has not been replaced. I sent them an email asking for my money back. They still have not responded. I'm hoping that the *** can help me get my money back or have the job completed. Thank you, ***** *************Initial Complaint

We put a down payment on a window insert back in May 2022 and have repeatedly been told that the product was late due to product / labour shortages - that is fine but mid Summer they indicated that the product was in and someone would call us back to schedule an install. We called and heard the same messaging back 3 times now and still no one has contacted us. We've called several times, left several voice messages and emailed without any correspondence back. Probably the worst service I've ever encountered.
