Didn't install windshield properly. Car is wet and warped. Had to pay another shop to reinstall. Owner refused to fix and was rude.

There is no record of this customer in our system and our workmanship is top notch and would never result in a scenario like the one described. Unless this individual can provide their invoice # and send a copy of their invoice receipt to ***************************** proving they are a customer of Auto ******************** and not just promoting some other company like they mentioned in their review on our ****** My Business page then we have to assume this is a competitor trying to tarnish our name (has happened many times before). A windshield leak is a very rare occurrence and while this can happen on an older vehicle that is rusted around the windshield housing, these type of jobs are usually not done at our shop because removing the existing windshield inevitably will result in a small leak over time. On the rare occasion that a customer insists, we may consider replacing it for them on very old vehicles with extreme rust but they would be advised of the risks of a small leak and required to sign a waiver of that understanding. This individual who submitted this review does not have either an invoice or a waiver as they are not a customer of Auto ************************** our ****** reviews and you will see we do great work, have exceptional customer service and always go above and beyond for customers to ensure they are happy with our work.You can also call us at ************ if you need more information or want to discuss further.
