On February 22, at 2:01pm I contacted the McDonalds after being given the wrong order in drive-thru. I called and spoke to a manager, it was very loud and I was trying to express that I had paid 16.50 for a big mac meal and dble cheeseburger but was given 2 sm fried and a 6 piece nugget instead. Due to work I was unable to return to change the order. The manager vouldnt even hear me as I was speaking and continuouly asked me to repeat myself over and over, to the point if absolute customer upset. When I mentioned that it was unprofessional to be not accomodating I asked to speak to the owner. She refused, I asked for the young ladies name who kept claiming to be the manager and she continued to refuse. Not only did I not receive the meal I ordered but calling to have this corrected was horrific. The call ended with me finally having to stare clearly I would be making a complaint to the *** regarding this behaviour. The amount of duress this causes isnt worth ever returning to this location again. How extremely unprofessional and I didnt even receive what I paid for not even close to it.Customer response

No problem, I would like the complaint to move forward. I will try best to decide how to do this. Start by compensating for recovery of my purchase and have a permanent complaint lodged agaibst them for poor practise.
