Spent close to $12,000 last summer to get fascia repaired and install brand new eavestrough on the whole house. Work started August 30, 2021. Noticed in spring 2022 that all corners leak. Have been calling since April to get fixed. Now well into July and still not done. No caulking was applied when installed. Someone finally came a couple of weeks ago when it just rained and applied caulking. The next time it rained streams of water poured out the corners even worse than before. Caulking should be applied when it is dry and given the time to dry. Was promised three times yesterday (July 8) someone would come around and fix but nobody showed up.Business response

gutter was installed in the fall.. customer advised it was too cold to install caulking for it to seal properly.
with all the rain this spring it has been hard to fit in the caulking ... it was done and is now repaired.
the leak was a very minor part of the bigger job of soffit and fascia which was done correctly and has no defects.

I was able to resolve the matter with Whyte’s. They had someone come and fix the two corners that were leaking.
