    I have been with this company several years with a clear history and I have never been a problem. Yet after the accident I suffered on August 24th, 2022 from which ANYTHING that ever got moved with my claim was do to MY constant requirement to call and suffer long periods of wait times, only to deal with the most confused, incompetent people I have ever had to deal with. I have connected with several people who had no recollection and apparently no access to any of the on goings of my claim. The amount of back and forth I received and lack of responses I got was absolutely disgusting which is what I would say about this company, even for coverage for my treatments they told me I have to go through my work benefits and exhaust that coverage before they begin to cover my expenses, which my work benefits told me that is not the case as they have opted out of accident related treatment coverage, sending me back to Allstate who have since been unresponsive and unhelpful. It got to the point where I had to go to their closed office and demand I get help, only to be put in a room facing a wall and left to speak with someone on their office phone again. I called several times to connect with a supervisor only for people to tell me they can't and defer me to someone else. I'm stuck connecting only by phone, the offices are closed, the wait times are ridiculous and by the time you get through you receive zero to little help. Every person I connected with was absolutely useless and I had to speak with the claims manager ******* ******* for anything to get approved or finished, and even he didn't fulfill what he stated! He spoke with me basically once, half-assed finished what we discussed and continued to to be unresponsive; his last fickle claim was "I would receive my deductible" in the next week of so after I am deemed not at fault for the accident (EVEN WITH THE ACCIDENT REPORT, WITNESS, AND CHARGED PARTY TESTIMONY THEY NEED THIS LONG TO INVESTIGATE) and that was on September 21st! and once again no response from him nor has anything been deposited to my account; nor have I been reimbursed for any of the outstanding treatments I have had to pay for out of pocket from August to this day. This is absolutely unacceptable, tiring and ridiculous that I am paying these people to treat me this way! They need to be held accountable. What is still pending on my claim which I have not received: -Have not received my deductible -My health treatments have not been covered I want to report the people I was dealing with ****** ***, ****** *********, ***** ******, ******* *******, ******* *******; especially because half of them didn't even contact/ follow up with me TO THIS DAY. Also I want to demand the people I spoke with on the phone who had no customer skills and basically hung up on me and/or lied to me. I was also forced to renew due to one of their staff telling me I could not cancel my policy on my renewal date because I had an open claim, only for another staff member to tell me a few days before my date that is incorrect and I could cancel if I wish. This company is a bunch of fraudulent, thieving, lying crooks and I want to hold them accountable for all the pain and suffering I experienced from them during this process.
