in 2017 I purchased a Frontier pickup. The price included undercoating which included a 10 year warantee. In the fall of 2021 both sides of the box started to rust. Trans Canada sent me to *** ****** *********.who in turn contacted *** ***, the undercoating company and recieved approval for the repairs. Approximately 4 weeks after the repairs were done rust started to reappear. *** told me they do not guarantee rust repairs, that it needed new panels which *** *** would not approve. I returned to Trans Canada who said they would follow up. Trans Canada, after many unreturned phone calls and visits now tell me it is my responsibility to contact *** ***. As this was purchased and applied by Trans Canada Nissan and must be returned for scheduled check ups at my cost, I believe it is Trans Canadas responsibility to have my vehicle properly repaired. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.Business response

We had a 3rd party warranty claim for a body panel rust issue on a preowned vehicle.
The repair was sublet to *** ****** ********* center here in PeterboroughThe repair never stood up as it should and we are covering costs to have this vehicle repaired correctly at another shop here in town to the customers satisfaction.
We have assured the client the issue does not go unnoticed by our dealership and we apologize for not having this handled in a more timely fashion.The vehicle was brought in and repaired correctly for our client.
