Ziebart has the best products on the market and they do the best deatailing in the bussiness .the manager scott and james and the the staff go out of there way to look after there customers.l would recommend this company to any one.also they are the best in the bussiness in under coating vechile.

I was in the Uniglass/Ziebart location in Peterborough Ontario on Sept.30/21. I dropped my car off at about 9:00am to have my Yearly Maintenance Inspection done to continue the warranty for the Permanent Rust Protection I purchased last year. At about 1:30 pm I called the store to see if I should make my way back to the store as I live 30 minutes away. I was told to arrive at 3:00 pm and the car would be ready. I arrived at the store to pick up my car only to be told it is not quite finished. The car has not been washed. Please have a seat, I will help the customer behind you and be with you in a few minutes. After helping that customer with details about their Bronco, I was asked to wait a minute and see what is happening with my car. He left the office to go into the shop, came back and said it just needs to be washed. I told him do not worry about washing it, please give me my keys and I will be on my way. He again left the office to go and retrieve my keys. Once I got my keys, I paid $79.10 received my receipt and was on my way. I got into my car, and made my way home. Once home I decided to do an inspection of my car. What I found was NOTHING was done to my car. My car was NOT professionally prepped and power cleaned as it states in the inspection. My car DID NOT have ANY of the access plugs removed and inspected to check for corrosion and blockage. There was nothing done to my car. I have tons of photos showing nothing was done. My warranty was checked off that the car was Precleaned and that sealant had been reapplied. But it was not. I immediately called the store to tell them about my inspection. I was told sorry, and at my convenience to bring my car back and they will do it again. I wanted to know, and I still want to know why I was asked to pay for something that they knew they did not do? Again, I am sorry, we are short staffed, please bring it in and we will do it again. I will not be returning to the store. I have heard back from the store about a possible resolution, but I am not happy with it. * ** ******* ** **** **** *** *** ****** **** ***** ******* ****** **** ***** **** ********* I paid for a service that was not completed, and they knew it. 100%.
